This 12-session beginner-friendly pranayama course is designed to help you build a strong and confident foundation in breathwork — step by step.
We begin with the basics, learning how to breathe consciously and correctly, and gradually progress toward increasing breath length, balance, control, and breath ratios through various traditional pranayama techniques.
Whether you are completely new to pranayama or have practiced it before, this course is structured to help you deepen your understanding and develop mastery over the breath through consistent guided practice.
Throughout the sessions, you will learn:
* Yogic breathing fundamentals
* Gradual breath-building and ratio practices
* Different pranayama techniques and their effects
* How breath ratios influence the nervous system and mind
* How to adapt pranayama practices based on your personal needs
By the end of these 12 sessions, you will not only be familiar with multiple pranayama techniques, but you will also understand how to customize your practice — whether your goal is calmness, energy, focus, emotional balance, or inner stillness.
This course is an invitation to develop a deeper relationship with your breath and discover pranayama as a lifelong practice.
