This half-hour practice session utilizes various pranayama techniques to enhance your breath, improve your respiratory health and calm the mind. The mind is like the wind. Calming the mind is like controlling the wind. Ancient yogic texts talk about a lot of pranayamas that can be practiced in an organized way to achieve results.

The session starts with cleansing pranayamas, followed by techniques to improve lung capacity, and several breathing techniques to reach a state of meditation.
