Bandhas Online Workshop

(Basic experience in Pranayama is required to participate in this Workshop)

In this 90 minute workshop the participants will learn about Bandhas and go through a hands on practice session covering three important types of Bandhas that are most practiced and most helpful.

Bandhas are neuro muscular locks that you employ using muscles internally to direct prana through the channels that carry vital energy. Employing the right breath and muscular locks you channel energy to internal organs. Unlike most other physical routines yoga gives you the ability to energize your internal organs. 

The workshop will cover Bandhas both in Asanas and Pranayama.
