This 75 minutes workshop that prepares you for the Pranayama and Meditation program that is regularly offered by Geetha. You will learn the basics of yogic breathing, concept of Kriya and technics to lengthen the breath.
If you are a beginner to Pranayama, it is recommended that you attend this basics workshop before you sign up for the course.
