This twelve classes course in Pranayama starts from the Basics. It is for anyone who has no knowledge of Pranayama. If you have some prior understanding of Pranayama this course is a great way to improve your knowledge and get a solid understanding of Pranayama.
You will learn the basics of yogic breathing, concept of Kriya and technics to lengthen the breath.
