Yoga can be a safe and effective way to manage hypertension. By incorporating stress-reducing techniques, cardiovascular-strengthening poses, pranayama and relaxation practices, yoga can help lower blood pressure and improve overall cardiovascular health.

In this 90 minute workshop the participants will go though simple gentle asanas with proper breathing techniques that help
– reduce anxiety and stress
– improve breathing and relaxation and 
– improve cardiovascular health
– manage hypertension.
